- NATURE OF SERVICES
1.1 Private Consultancy Services
Goodwill eServices provides private documentation and consultancy services including but not limited to:
- Rent Agreement Drafting and Preparation;
- Application Submission;
- E-Stamp and E-Sign Facilitation;
- Doorstep Biometric Verification; and
- Related assistance with property registration procedures.
- Assistance in Shop and Establishment process
- Tax Consultancy
1.2 No Government Affiliation
Goodwill eServices is a private entity and has no affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or partnership with any government authority, department, or body.
All fees collected through this Website are consultancy charges for services rendered by our Company and not payments to or for any government department.
1.3 Advertising Disclaimer
Our advertising campaigns on Google Ads or other platforms are intended solely to promote our consultancy services.
Any references to government documents or services in our marketing are incidental to identifying client needs and do not constitute promotion or association with any government entity.
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our Website or Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
- ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The User must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a valid contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3.2 Users accessing the Website on behalf of a company or other entity confirm that they have due authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

5.1 The Company provides document facilitation and consultancy assistance only.
We assist Users in preparing documents and facilitating submissions but do not represent any government office or act as an agent of the State or Central Government.
5.2 The Company shall not be responsible for:
- Governmental or third-party system delays, errors, or rejections;
- Revisions to government regulations or fees; or
- User inaction, incomplete data, or technical issues beyond our control.
- PAYMENTS AND PRICING
6.1 All payments made to the Company are consultancy fees for professional services rendered.
6.2 Prices are subject to change without notice.
6.3 Payments shall be made through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
Goodwill eServices does not store card details, CVV codes, or payment information on its servers.
6.4 Any government fees such as stamp duty, registration charges, or e-signing costs are payable separately, where applicable.
- REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our Website.
Users are encouraged to review the same before availing of any Services.
- DELIVERY AND MODE OF SERVICE
8.1 All deliverables, including Rent Agreements or related documents, shall be delivered digitally in PDF format to the User’s registered email.
8.2 No physical or hard-copy delivery will be provided unless explicitly mentioned.
8.3 Service timelines depend on information completeness, government portal response, and biometric verification completion.
Delays caused by third parties or technical issues shall not constitute service failure.

- USER OBLIGATIONS
9.1 You agree to provide true, current, and complete information when availing of Services.
9.2 You shall not use the Website or Services for any unlawful purpose, including:
- Submitting false or forged documents;
- Misrepresenting identity or ownership; or
- Engaging in fraudulent or misleading activities.
9.3 Users shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
The Company will not be liable for rejection or errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete user information.
- DATA PROTECTION, PRIVACY AND CONSENT
10.1 Personal Data Handling
Goodwill eServices collects, processes, and protects personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules.
10.2 Aadhaar and Biometric Data
We do not collect or store Aadhaar numbers or biometric information (such as fingerprints, iris scans, or facial templates) on our servers.
Where Aadhaar-based eSign or biometric verification is required, it is conducted exclusively through UIDAI-licensed agencies or CCA-authorized service providers, and data is processed only for the duration necessary to complete verification.
All such processing is subject to UIDAI’s Aadhaar Data Vault and tokenization regulations.
10.3 Consent for Processing
By availing our Services, Users provide explicit consent for the collection and processing of personal data solely for service delivery.
Consent is recorded electronically and may be withdrawn by written request; withdrawal may affect continued service provision.
10.4 Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach, we shall take immediate containment measures and notify affected users and relevant authorities (including CERT-IN or the Data Protection Board of India) within the timelines prescribed by law or, where feasible, within 72 hours of discovery.

- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PROCESSORS
11.1 The Company may engage third-party service providers for:
- Payment processing;
- eSign/eStamp facilitation;
- Biometric verification; or
- Courier or document logistics (if applicable).
11.2 All third-party processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that require compliance with applicable privacy laws, prohibit storage of Aadhaar or biometric data (unless duly authorized), and mandate security controls and breach notification obligations.
11.3 The Company is not responsible for failures, downtime, or losses arising from third-party systems, provided reasonable care was taken in their selection and supervision.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
12.1 All content, materials, trademarks, and logos displayed on the Website are the property of Goodwill eServices.
12.2 Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing Website content without prior written consent.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:
- Delay or rejection of government applications;
- Technical failure of third-party systems;
- Errors due to incomplete or inaccurate user data; or
- Misuse of delivered documents by the User.
13.2 In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service.
- FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Government actions, regulatory changes, or portal downtime;
- Internet failures;
- Natural calamities or pandemics; or
- Strikes, lockouts, or acts of God.
- INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage resulting from your:
- Breach of these Terms;
- Misuse of our Website or Services; or
- Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
- TERMINATION
Goodwill eServices reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services, without prior notice, if:
- You breach these Terms;
- Provide false or misleading information; or
- Engage in misuse of the platform.
Termination shall not release you from obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
- JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
